Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Original packaging should be included when possible
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Underwear & Nightwear
- Swimwear (unless tags are intact and hygienic liner is in place)
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Please include this RMA number with your return package.
Step 3: Ship Your Return

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage. Lauren Polo Shop is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 3-10 business days)
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of standard shipping for your replacement item.
Exchange Process
If you’re exchanging an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly indicate your preferred exchange item in your return request
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- You’ll receive tracking information for your exchange shipment
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no additional cost.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties
- We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to potentially avoid additional fees
